This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
If anyone would like to submit some art to the Type 1 Diabetes Society's lacking gallery they are welcome to.
All you have to do is send a note to the club containing a link to the picture and words that state that you want it to be posted (just so i know you're not just sending a pic for no reason)
Feel free to submit as many pieces of art as you want.
One thing I can say to new diabetics is , Keep your sugars low (as in ) (under 140mg/dl &over 80mg/dl )at all times ... Because one day of high(over 140mg/dl ) sugar levels is ONE LESS DAY YOU GET TO LIVE! High or low your body is not getting oxygen , I.E. cells in the your extremities . Diabetic Neuropathy Neuropathy is a serious consequence of diabetes. The best way to prevent it is to maintain control of your blood glucose levels. Research shows that tight blood glucose control decreases the risk of diabetic nerve damage by as much as 60%. Once you have neuropathy, however, tight glucose control will do little to cure your symptoms. [link] Levels Under 80 and over 140...NOT GOOD....
